Shangri-La Lake

Shangri-la Lake, also known as upper Kachura Lake, is surrounded by lovely red homes. It's almost 2499 metres above sea level. The lake is a few kilometres from the lower Kachura Lake and attracts visitors due to its breathtaking beauty. The lush forest with red houses along the lake, as well as the snow-capped mountains, make for a spectacular sight.
