How to reach Borith Lake Hunza?
There are two different means to reach Borith lake Hunza:
- Travelling by vehicle
- Trekking to Borith lake
1) Travelling to Borith lake
The only available route is jeep road. Gulmit is only 3 km apart from this magical lake. Travelling from Gulmit to Borith lake via jeep takes around 30 to 40 minutes. The road to birds’ heaven is full of natural beauties.
2) Trekking to Borith Lake
The trekking route is very mesmerising and beautiful. Trekking journey starts from Gulmit and takes around 2 to 3 hours for locals and an hour extra for the tourists. Most tourists and explorers recommend opting trekking over travelling.
What to do there?
