Itinerary
Day 1
• Early morning departure to Naran via Abbottabad - Mansehra route. ( 6-8 hours drive) • Midway lunch. • Enjoy a drive through Kaghan Valley. • Arrival and check in to Fabs Go Hotel Naran for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
After early morning breakfast drive to Hunza via KKH. (7 to 8 hours) • Pass through one of the highest paved passes in Pakistan, Babusar Top (13,900 ft). • A brief stopover at Nanga Parbat view point and the junction point of 3 highest mountain ranges. • Also, visit Rakaposhi view point enjoy a cup of Tea at Rakaposhi view point. • Explore the rich culture of Hunza and interact with the locals. • Check-in at Hunza Embassy or similar for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3
• Visit the Capital of Hunza Valley Karimabad, its famous one lane bazaar and the historic Baltit Fort. • Enjoy coffee at Cafe De Hunza with spectacular views of Rakaposhi & Lady Finger. • Visit Hidden Paradise restaurant/cafe for local delicacies for dinner; try Mamto, Chapshuru and many more local delicacies on the menu. • Visit the historical Altit Fort and Baltit fort in the evening indulge in small walks. • Overnight stay at Hunza Embassy Hotel.
Day 4
fter early morning breakfast, we visit the oldest settlement of Ganesh Village 1000 years old. • Also visit the ancient Sacred Rocks of Hunza. • Departure for Attabad Lake. • Enjoy Boating at Attabad Lake. • Brief stopover at Hussaini Bridge and Passu Glacier. • Drive to Sost - the last city of Pakistan before China. • Continue drive through the beautiful Khunjerab National Park towards Khunjerab Pass - (3hrs drive one way) • En route visit view point for sightings of Himalayan Ibex,Marco Polo Sheep, Himlayan Snow Leapord,Golden Marmots, Himalayan Red Fox, Golden Eagle’s & Rabbits.(all sightings are subject to luck) • Visit Khunjerab Pass Pak China Border also known as the silk route at a height of 4500 meters. • After visiting the Pak China border drive back to Sost Ambassador for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5
We depart for Batakundi after breakfast in the morning. (8-10 hours drive). • Drive through the KKH. • Arrive in Batakundi by evening. • Dinner and overnight stay at Mountain Top Resort, Batakundi.
Day 6
After breakfast drive towards Islamabad (approx. 6-8 hours drive). • Midway lunch. • Arrival in Islamabad by mid-day.
