Day 1
We will start our day by reaching the museum early in the morning
We can begin our visit by exploring the outdoor artifacts in which several Buddhist stupas are included. It has the largest stupa in Pakistan, the Kanishka Stupa.
After that, we will move inside and find the collection of Gandharan art in which sculptures and artifacts are included from the Buddhist civilization.
Next, we will go to the ethnographic section in the museum, which shows the culture and the way of living of various tribes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.After that, our guide will take you to the Islamic art section, which has beautiful ceramics and manuscripts.
Then we will move towards the coin section, where you can find coins and stamps from Pakistan’s history.
At last, we will go to the armor section, where you will find a vast collection of weapons used by different armies in the region.
After that, we will take a break and visit the museum’s beautiful garden with many beautiful flowers and trees.
