Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at Islamabad International Airport. Pick up and greeting by our representative and transfer to the hotel. Visits to Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including Faisal Mosque, Daman-e-Koh Lookout, Market and Raja Bazaar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2
After your early breakfast drive 490 km in 12-14 hours on the Karakorum Highway along the mighty Indus River through the remote valleys of Kohistan. Transferred to hotel
Day 3
After breakfast drive 2 hours from Chilas to Rakhiot Bridge. Then with an all-terrain jeep in 1 hour to the village Tato. Trek start from Tato to the fairy tale meadows.
Day 4
Today you will make an excursion to Beyal Camp with a good vantage point. Return to the fairy tale meadows. Overnight in the same huts.
Day 5
In the morning, hike back to Tato. Drive 5-6 hours from Tato to Trashing in the Astore valley. Transfer to the camp for dinner. Overnight at the camp.
Day 6
Trek from Trashing to Rupal or Herrligkoffer base camp. Overnight at the camp.
Day 7
Full day hike to Latobah and back to Rupal Base Camp. Overnight in the same camp.
Day 8
Return to Trashing. From here drive to Minapin and transfer to Diran Guest House
Day 9
Trek from Minapin to Hapakun. Overnight at the camp.
Day 10
Hike from Hapakun to Tagafri to Rakaposhi base camp, which you will reach at noon. After lunch, take a trip to the Diran Glacier to
Katchelly, from where you have an excellent view of the Rakaposhi and Diran Peak.
Day 11
4-5 hrs trek from Rakaposhi base camp back to Minapin. From here drive to Karimabad. Transfer to the hotel for dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12
Full day sightseeing around Karimabad including the 700 year old Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, the village and the bazaar. Dinner and overnight in the same hotel.
Day 13
In the morning drive to Gilgit in 2-4 hours. In the afternoon, visit Gilgit, including the bazaar and the old suspension bridge. Overnight at hotel.
Day 14
In the morning drive 355 km from Gilgit to Besham. On the way Stop at the crossroads of the three mighty mountains Karakorum, Himalaya and Hindukush. Overnight at hotel
Day 15
In the morning drive 290 km from Besham to Islamabad.Visit the ancient city of Taxila with the Taxila Museum, which has a large collection of Ghandara art. Next you will see a Buddhist monastery from the 2nd to the 5th century. You will visit the ruins of the town of Sirkap from the 2nd century BC. Cr. To 2nd century AD. Cr. You reach Islamabad. Transfer to your hotel for dinner. Overnight at hotel.
Day 16
Check out from the hotel until 12 o'clock. At departure time, we will take you to Islamabad Airport for your flight home.
