The view of Hunza from Karimabad in spring is incredible, though it remains spectacular at any time of the year. Upper Hunza valley (Gojal) is one of the most beautiful places to enjoy the blossom season; it incorporates more than five snow-capped peaks over 7000 meters and many elevations below 7000 meters. Blossom in Gojal starts in late March or early April. The best time to visit Hunza for cherry blossom visitors in March -the end of April when the color of the area changes in red, yellow, brown, white, green.
Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival at the airport Islamabad and transfer to the Hotel .
Day 2
Early morning drive to Chilas.
Day 3
Drive to Gulmit Hunza, 7 hrs from Chilas
Day 4
A day excursion to Khunjerab Pass . Overnight at Gulmit.
Day 5
A day for easy trekking, exploring Ghulkin-Borith Lake via the Ghulkin glacier .
Day 6
visit the Baltit Fort And Bazaar over night at Hunza karamabad
Day 7
Drive to Bashim stop in route for lunch (Chilas) and over night at Bashim
Day 8
The last day of your journey if your time allows you visit Taxila. On the way back to Islamabad
Day 9
Drive to the airport and fly to destination.
