Shandur pass

Shandur Pass is a pass in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Upper Chitral District. It's known as the 'Roof of the World.' The inhabitants of Chitral have traditionally claimed possession of Shandoor, although it is an important part of Gilgit Baltistan according to international maps and the water direction, and the people of upper Ghizer are the genuine owners of this wonderful landscape. During the summer, the gradient is extremely gradual, and the terrain is traversed by several little streams.
