Masjid Wazir Khan

Regarded as the most elaborately decorated mosque of the Mughal era, Masjid Wazir Khan was completed in 1641 during Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan's reign. The large-scale renovation has been going on since 2009. The mosque was completed in seven years. The mosque is famous for its tile work as well as mural paintings. A visit to Masjid Wazir Khan is not just a spiritual experience but also an aesthetic one as you admire the structure, design, and mural paintings on display.
