Khaliq Dina Hall

Khaliq Dina Hall is a public library located on M. A. Jinnah Road. Established in 1906, the building is named after a local merchant Ghulam Hussain Khaliqdina, who donated generously to construct this library. The ‘Trial of Sedition’ against Maulana Shaukat Ali and Muhammad Ali Johar was held in this hall in 1921. Apart from being a famous tourist attraction, there is a hall in the building used to host various events. People go there to read books on different topics, and a local NGO has its office here.
