Jallo Park Botanical Park

Established in 1978 and covering a vast area of 461 acres, Jallo Park is one of the few wildlife parks in Lahore. It is very close to Lahore city and can be accessed easily by different means of public and private transport. A huge area (43 acres) has been assigned for the propagation of wildlife. Different species of deer and various birds, for example, pheasants and parrots, have been added to the park. The tall trees, fresh and pure air, different species of animals roaming around in their natural habitat, children playing and enjoying themselves – all make up for a beautiful experience. People who want to see animals, cook barbecue in the open air, eat it at log huts, visit the enchanting 'Titli Ghar' (Butterfly House), and go boating on the lake come to Jallo Park, which is located outside of the city's hustle and bustle.
