Golra sharif Museum
Situated close to a junction station near Sector F-13 of Islamabad, Golra Sharif Museum is a railway museum that was opened in 2003. It is located 1,994 feet above sea level. The museum has three halls that exhibit relics showing the history of Pakistan Railways since its inception. Old locomotive trains, steam engines, a model of a diesel train engine, and a British-era lifter are on display in a huge yard at the museum. A German postal car and Lord Mountbatten’s saloon car are also displayed at the museum.
