Chater Plain is a Union Council of Pakistan's Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, located in the Mansehra District. It is part of the Mansehra Tehsil and is situated in a region that was impacted by the Kashmir earthquake of 2005. Swati Pashtuns and Gujars make up the majority of the clans.
